Due to the economic climate and companies tightening the purse strings a lot more businesses are using incentives such as flexible hours and working from home to attract employees. Offering more responsibility for your own time and a feeling of trust can be beneficial for employee morale, although the usual office environment is still widely preferred as you have all the necessary resources and a feeling of team spirit.
