We are specialists in Key Account Management within the business-to-business (B2B) sector.
Our purpose: To help companies manage their key accounts and key account relationships more effectively. Our product is particularly well suited to large, complex organisations with structurally complex customer interfaces - typically large multinationals servicing large multinational customers.
What we deliver: Both a high level KPI (key performance indicator) and an action-oriented key account management tool. We help our customers identify shortcomings in their product/service proposition and we help them formulate strategies to address these issues - thereby improving the quality of their key account management across their organisation.

Company: The Customer Relationship Consultancy is a new business, but which forms part of a larger organisation which has been developing and conducting customer feedback surveys since 2004. We include amongst our customer base numerous FTSE 250 and US Fortune 500 companies. We have a great product, are experiencing rapid growth, and (more importantly) are highly regarded by our customers.
