Swallowfield started in Wellington, Somerset 137 years ago and we’re proud to say we’re still here. Established by award-winning chemist, Walter Gregory, the company began as a simple high-street pharmacy and quickly developed into a pioneering manufacturer, eventually filling the first commercial aerosols in 1950. Since then, the company has continued to innovate, regularly investing in new technology, groundbreaking packaging formats and a world-class manufacturing infrastructure that today develops around 2000 new products each year. We’re delighted to be able to offer more than 130 years’ worth of experience in delivering products from prototype to final supply.

We have a world leading reputation in the development and manufacture of aerosol products. Bag on Valve, Bag in Can, haircare, body care, shaving, medical devices, you name it. If it can be aerosolised there’s no-one better to work with.
Beyond aerosols we have also established a strong reputation across prestige and mass brand owners for our capability in hot pour products (lip, underarm, hair styling etc), roll-ons, cosmetic pencils, tube filling, fragrance blending and filling, gifting, pressed powders and many more.
