About the programme
We operate a series of technical and business programmes to prepare all kinds of graduates for an international career at the peak of our industry. All last for two years; all will see you gain vital work experience through a series of hands-on assignments. You’re guaranteed at least one overseas placement as you learn about our operations across the hydrocarbon supply chain. You’ll also have plenty of contact with senior managers and business leaders to ensure that you learn from the best. Whichever path you take, your challenges will grow with your abilities, so that by the end of the programme you’re ready to start building the future of our business.
About you
We take graduates from a variety of disciplines (technical programmes favour engineering and geosciences subjects), but you must come to us with a strong degree or equivalent. Alongside your academic record, your attitude is also key. Like all graduates at BG Group, you’ll be open to different cultures, willing to work internationally and confident enough to get involved in complex projects from day one. And since the environments we operate in can be challenging at times, you need a real intrepid spirit and plenty of resilience too.
