Born in 1976, the FiveTen Group started small but with a vision. The vision is to create a global recruitment organisation to rival and surpass any of our competitors. Over the last 30 years we have realised our global ambition through organic growth and the acquisition of other recruitment organisations.

We have now established a presence in the majority of the world’s major cities from London to Hong Kong, Sydney, Dubai and Seattle we have truly become a global organisation with a well established reputation for excellence.

The brands that make up the FiveTen group have all contributed something valuable to the group. Each business focuses on different industry sectors and professions – WH Marks Sattin: Accountancy & Finance, Laurence Simmons International: Legal, Greythorn: IT & Telecommunications, EMR: Marketing and Ortus: HR and Interim.

THE ACADEMY AWARD

This is awarded to the consultant who has proved themselves over the past year to their training academy. They will have taken what they have learnt and adapted it to their every day working practices and also helped others with what they have learned. They take pride in their training and show a willingness to pass this on.

Our Mission is to promote and deliver best practice in learning at the FiveTen Group for all staff making the transition into Consultants, through to Management and beyond. We are committed to the training and development of the entire workforce so that you will gain the necessary skills to reach your full potential. Our aim is to ensure consistency, a better quality and to ensure your training needs are met, coherent and specific to the individual and the market you are working in.

Our trainers are those who are in the job, know the product and have developed through the academy and can therefore deliver the best training possible.

We ensure that we have a culture whereby everyone has the opportunity from within to promotion.  The career structure is one that lends itself to those who work hard receive the rewards and recognition due.
