The application process for the Willis Graduate Programme is as follows:
• Stage One - online application
• Stage Two - paper based verbal reasoning and numerical tests
• Stage Three - interviews with some or all of the hiring business units and a group exercise
• Stage Four - interview with one or two senior business unit members
• Stage Five - Offer
