The ABF UK Grocery Graduate Programme is run by six companies which are part of Associated British Foods (ABF) plc a major international business with a turnover of £10.2bn and close to 100,000 employees working in 44 countries.
The businesses taking part in the Graduate programme are AB World Foods, Allied Bakeries, Jordans Ryvita, Silver Spoon and Westmill Foods. Across these six companies we make products that you will all know and love; Jordan’s cereal, Twinings tea, Kingsmill Bread, Patak’s curry sauces, Blue Dragon sauces, Reggae Reggae sauce, Silver Spoon sugar, Askeys ice cream cornets and toppings...the list goes on!
On our graduate programme you will be employed by one business unit and you get real blend of accountabilities and development in a real job from day 1. In addition to this there are great opportunities to move around to different businesses as part of an exciting career within ABF. You will receive development and support throughout your programme and be assigned a mentor.

We are located across the UK so you will be must be flexible and willing to relocate.
