An exciting opportunity - We offer trainees an opportunity to work in a fast paced environment recruiting front office roles for some of the most well know and respected international financial institutions. You will be working towards targets set on a day to day basis in our fast paced, dynamic office with our extensive list of incentives to keep you going...such as TWICE YEARLY HOLIDAYS (LAS VEGAS at the end of this year) ROLEX WATCHES, MONTHLY LUNCH CLUBS and much more......
Training - We have an extensive training programme where you will be assigned a specialized mentor in your chosen field on your first day, the training is tailored to you to work with your strengths and weaknesses to ensure you are a fully rounded capable consultant. You do the full 360 recruitment cycle from day one and have the support and guidance from not only your mentor but up to Director level as well.
Money - We offer an unrivalled, uncapped commission structure to ensure you get the most from your hard work and are rightly rewarded.
Progression - Once you join Selby Jennings you are only ever 4 levels away from Directorship. Our most recently promoted director (January 2012) was promoted at the age of 25 within 4 years of employment. Basics also increase rapidly if you prove yourself and deliver. We have a no glass ceiling policy thus promotion is entirely based on your own merits-irrespective of age or time with the company. Our CEO Adam Buck had a vision for organic growth, and this policy still stands since the company first began -you will always be promoted if you reach your targets...and with the success of our Singapore office leading the way for plans to open in Hong Kong and New York by the end of the year.....you have nothing to loose and EVERYTHING to gain!!!
The chance to run your own team – We have 6 brands now up and running and we have identified at least 10 more areas we would like to cover. Having launched Singapore in 2011 we are looking now at other global locations and we want people who work here to run the new offices. FUTURE PLANS:
Having had a hugely successful 2010/2011 we don’t plan to slow down now. In the pipeline we have Hong Kong and New York for early 2013, with European and further US offices planned for 2013 and who knows what next! It’s a really exciting time for Selby Jennings and the rest of the group- and those joining now will have a very real chance of equity and being a future business leader.
