We offer committed and determined people a free four week full-time course that will prepare you for a career as a self-employed Trader in the professional financial markets.
We are dedicated to helping trainees develop the professional insights, personal strategies and winning routines used by successful traders every day.
Our business model works as a partnership with our trainees. We give them free training, knowledge and mentoring, and to those who meet our criteria and standards the necessary financial backing to trade. In return we expect a commitment through time, effort and determination.
Trainees must be economically self-sufficient for at least 6 months to be able to take full advantage of this opportunity and to give enough time to successfully grow their business.
The course takes place in our custom-designed training facilities. It is very intense with ongoing assessments, guest speakers and regular classroom cuts. Before starting, we provide trainees with pre-course learning materials to ensure they are up to speed with the basics of trading and key terminology on day one.
Whilst on the course we:
• utilise interactive workshops
• train on simulator trading systems
• incorporate a series of trading psychology and performance seminars
All this ensures trainees learn to manage the pressures of trading and how to perform to the best of their ability; building up to trading on the live markets.
On completion of training, those who have reached our standards and can demonstrate the entrepreneurial flair, maturity and determination to be a success will be offered a place on the arcade in one of our existing trading teams. Here, you will hone your skills as part of our comprehensive two-year post course coaching and mentoring structure.
A degree to a 2:2 standard or better is desirable. Applicants with programming skills in Excel, VBA, C++ or other would be viewed with a distinct advantage. As the programme is based in our London office, applicants must be living within a commutable distance to enable them to be present and on time every day.
Please note, this is a self employed position, we do not offer a salary. You must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom – working holiday or student visas cannot be accepted.
