Corkscrew is a new breed of training organisation, like our name, we believe in a simple tool or strategy for unlocking your potential! We don’t lecture you or tell you what is right and what is wrong. Through an innovative melting pot of business mentors, international participants, real-time / real-life business challenges and a LOT of hard work we encourage you to stretch yourself to your limits and come out the other side as a lean keen entrepreneurial machine!
We empower people to learn about business. We aren’t going to stand in front of you and lecture to you; it’s more about getting involved and taking part. You’ll be the ones solving real time business problems whilst also getting shown the most up to date business concepts to use as you see fit. We’ll tell you all about the building blocks needed to set up your own new venture from writing a business plan to marketing strategies. Our unique environment will allow you to learn from your mentors, our Corkscrew team and your international peers – we learn every day and so will you.
But hang on… we aren’t going to just give you these skills, you will have to earn them! We will provide you with an environment to develop them yourself within an organic knowledge hub. Think of these experiences like short term internships on steroids (although coffee is the only stimulant we provide at Corckscrew), but on our programme you won’t be photocopying, making tea or opening mail – you’re going to be solving critical business challenges alongside successful entrepreneurs and other international recruits. These challenges, knowledge pods and experienced mentors are going to enable you to arm yourself with some pretty exciting professional weapons, so use them wisely!
