Who are we looking for?
You. Because you’re a Science, Maths, IT, Engineering, Business or Project Management graduate with a real passion for the cutting-edge science and technology that drives our work in such a surprising variety of different areas. Because you’re proactive and forward-thinking yet analytical and commercially aware. Because you are driven to make a difference too.
How will you develop?
Our graduates start on a flexible 2 year placement scheme - designed to give you a broad experience of the business. You’ll work with your mentor and Performance & Development Manager to plan your own path, based on your personal strengths and aspirations, plus the range of projects we’re working on. At the same time, you’ll be enrolled on an individually-tailored Leadership programme, and will also be encouraged to seek professional qualification.
At the end of your 2 years, you’ll move into a permanent role with a longer term career development plan. From then on, there are no limits on how far you go and what you achieve.
