Our Programs
Real-world experience is the driving force behind our graduate training programs, making ours one of the most comprehensive of its kind. We are one of the only banks that still takes a completely global approach and we offer a mixture of specialist, tailored training and on-the-job development.

Where you’ll work
We recruit graduates into almost every area of our business. Our main client-facing functions work in partnership with our Infrastructure functions.

Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) handles our international capital markets business for public and private clients ranging from sovereign states to multinational companies. The division includes Corporate Finance, Markets and Global Transaction Banking.

Private Clients & Asset Management (PCAM) oversees traditional banking and investment management for private and institutional clients and small to medium-sized businesses. The divisions include Asset Management, Private Wealth Management, and Private & Business Clients.

Infrastructure Functions are the core of our day-to-day business, and allow us to set the standards in global banking. They include Finance, Group Technology & Operations, Human Resources, and Risk.
