The best experience of my life was travelling the world definitely incorporating visits to Australia but more importantly New Zealand. I got to see sights and experience things that will stay will me forever. If people are thinking about doing anything like this I would say go for it, you only live once so take advantage of the chance while you can. For anyone who has done the traveling thing, what was your best memory?

I would have to say it was standing at the top of Aparados de Serra in Brazil - knowing that if I took the step to the edge (albeit supported by friends on either side) then I would be able to say I overcame my fear of heights (to a degree).  Though if you go to Brazil, also do not miss out on Foz de Iguacu, they are phenomenal!

I went to visit my sister on her gap year and that is something im sure I and she will never forget. She spent her year in a Venezuelan city called Santa Elena de Uairen and it was just unforgettible. She lived about 15 mins from the Brazilian border and spent most of her time in La Gran Sabana which is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. It was so serene, the atomosphere was incredible and so were the locals. She frequently met members of local indigenous tribes such as the Pemon.. it was just one of the greastest cultural experiences Im sure she will ever get

Hey everyone, hope you are all well. I am a student at Brighton University, and I am studying the motivation to volunteer within a gap year. If anyone has volunteered during a gap year or travelling would you please fill out a questionnaire that will take no longer than 10 -15 minutes. I would be very grateful, Thank you :)
