Hey,
I was wondering if anyone has any information on a possible summer Internship in HK for summer 2012 that does not require mandarin as a language. I am in the fortunate situation whereby I have family who live out there and have a spare flat which I can use at minimal rent for as long as I want. However i have as of yet to be able to find a suitable role that does not require mandarin as a required language.
Any roles welcome, however role focused around management consultancy or finance would be excellent. (I know thats vague)
Best of luck to everyone searching for jobs!

Hi,
I'm sure you've already investigated this, but HSBC offer plenty of summer internships in HK and they offer them in about 6 different business sectors.
Deutsche Bank also have large offices in HK and German isnt always necessary. If you have any interest in Law then Allen and Overy offer summer internships. Cathay Pacific also have their main hub in Hong Kong and although they may not show vacancies online, they do offer work experience. Sending a CV and decent cover letter can get you a long way.
Hope this helps,
Jess
