Has anyone been to a recruitment conultant assessment centre? i am going to one soon, but really have no idea what it would involve. Hope someone who have been could give me some ideas!

Hi.. i've been to one.. you have to be sure of the types of job you'd like to take on.. and then know what characteristics these jobs look out for like team player... then be sure to answer questions in the assessment in the best way possible to put urself in good light.. you might want to check out CAREERS GROUP  if you are based in london for job search advice....

what i did was go to the library and got books on pyschometric tests and read them, also you will learn how to prepare urself using the STARS technique,make sure u read some texts on how to tackle interviews,you will be shocked the good things you had learn from those books, for example how to dress neatly and shaking hands shouldnt be so firm
