Should I be thinking about the Corporate Social Responsibilities employers offer when applying for a job? Do many job seekers think about this when they are looking for graduate jobs?

I think it depends what your definition of Corporate Social Responsibility is?

Personally I think it would be good if companies showed off anything they do in this area and show graduates a softer side to their company but I dont know how many people who are looking for jobs at the moment find it something that is important to them.
