What is the likelihood that a company for whom you intern, would then offer you a full time position?  Is it totally dependent upon whether they have work at the time, or if someone really likes your work would there be feasability to create a new role specifically?

Sometimes it'll say on the job advert that there may be full-time positions after an internship, but I would say that if you really showed excellent potential, employers should snap you up to work for them full-time :) Definitely worth putting your all into an internship as there could be real job prospects at the end if you're lucky!
