Graduate Construction Manager
We’re recruiting enthusiastic, collaborative and forward-thinking graduates who are ready to start their career in construction management. If you have at least a 2:1 degree in a relevant subject – or you’re in your final year and on track to achieve one – we want to hear from you.

The role will include liaising with third parties such as councils and utilities, managing subcontractors, and reporting on the project’s progress.
What we’re looking for
As well as the ability to work as part of a collaborative team, you’ll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and to be able to develop strong client and internal relationships. We want to work with people who are proactive, and very keen to develop their career in the industry.
You will need at least a 2:1 degree in construction management, construction project management or construction engineering management to apply. Experience in a civil engineering or building environment will also give you an edge.
In return, we’ll help you build your career and give you plenty of opportunities to develop and achieve your ambitions.
