We’re recruiting enthusiastic, collaborative and forward-thinking graduates who are ready to start their career in construction. If you have at least a 2:1 degree in quantity surveying – or you’re in your final year and on track to achieve one – we want to hear from you.

What we’re looking for

As well as the ability to work effectively in a team, you’ll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We want to work with people who are proactive, and very keen to develop their career in the industry. You should also be able to demonstrate potential leadership skills – including the ability to make decisions, manage resources and negotiate at all levels.

Your degree should be accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or the Chartered Institution of Building. Gaining some practical work experience before you apply will also give you an edge.
