How does the Graduate programme work? 
Our HR Graduate programme will allow you have an hands on experience though our 2, 18 month rotational scheme within Kier.


You’ll also develop various skills such as Effective Communication, Time Management, Project Management, Financial Awareness, Presentation Skills, and Leadership skills.

  • You must have the Right to live and Work in the UK
  • You must have a strong academic background, with a minimum of a 2:1
  • Location flexibility is critical as you will be required to work across the UK
