Customer Care Executive
We are looking for a Keg Wrangler and Customer Care Guru. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager and helping us to never leave a keg behind, they will make our kegs work harder and keep the operations within the team humming.
The successful candidate will not only be tasked with ensuring customers are 100% happy with their Kegstar service, but they will also be actively involved in developing the brand. The role will suit a pragmatic, tenacious, dedicated, capable, sociable fun loving individual who is prepared to get truly hands on in every aspect of the business.
FULL ROLE DESCRIPTION (GUIDELINE 200-500 WORDS):
Duties and responsibilities:
- Communicating with collection partners and calling venues to minimize keg loss.
- Organising the timely dispatch of kegs to customers.
- Develop and implement processes to improve the operational efficiency of the business.
- Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- On boarding new clients and distribution partners into Kegstar systems.
- Helping to develop and implement Kegstar’s social media strategy.
Academically, we are looking for CCC (or higher) at A-level and ideally a 2:2 degree (or higher) from any discipline. It is essential that you have previous experience in a customer service role. Our ideal candidate will also be social media savvy and have experience using social platforms to engage target audiences.
The successful candidate will also require a valid UK driving licence.
