We are looking for technically minded Graduates to join our consulting environment, specifically to build skills and expertise in solutions development where you will help us create custom applications for our enterprise clients.
Curious, keen to learn and enthusiastic you should certainly be a self starter, with plenty of initiative to take your own learning and progression forward, making the most of all the opportunities and support on offer at Keytree.
We would like our applicants to be aware, and comfortable with the fact, that the consulting environment can mean both daily travel to different work sites and periods of time staying away from your home location.
You will have successfully achieved an Honours degree in Computer Science or Physics, with at least a 2i, and have a demonstrable interest in software development.
Programming languages skills are of interest , Enterprise Java, Java Script e.g. Angular, React etc. a particular advantage.
Team working, problem solving and communication skills are all vital.
What will you be doing
Initially your focus will be on building your developer skills, and alongside that you will be learning about the commercial consulting environment. We will ensure that you are exposed to a range of areas within the business so that you grow an understanding of how your work contributes to the range of products and projects that we deliver to our clients.
What training is offered
You will quickly be exposed to work on live projects and will have access to highly experienced, industry leading, mentors who can challenge and guide you along your development path. We will work with you to devise a training plan using a range of tools and support.
Our CEO, Head of Consulting and Head of Technology all started out in similar Graduate roles in a London consultancy so we place no limitations on what routes you can follow or where your career path might lead to.
