You’ll enjoy placements across a variety of our Finance teams to get a comprehensive insight into what we do. Our three year programme is UK wide and your placements will rotate across our Finance locations:Edinburgh and London. We’ll also support you to achieve an industry recognised qualification.
Our business areas and what we do are hugely varied, and you’ll develop an equally diverse set of skills and experience. From preparing key documentation for regulatory or management reporting, to providing your financial or commercial insight to business executives, we want you to bring your fresh approach and enthusiasm to the table.
Who we’re looking for
We welcome applications from all degree disciplines. Whatever your academic background, we ask all our graduates to have a minimum 2:1, and you don’t need specific UCAS points to join us.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate they are naturally curious and keen to continually improve both personally and professionally. Someone who can challenge the status quo and is who determined to do the right thing. These are the qualities that we are looking for along with a real enthusiasm to actively contribute towards the future of our Finance function.
Just as important is your positive drive and proactive nature. You’ll also have strong numerical, analytical, team-working and client-facing skills. The flexibility to work in a number of locations is vital to getting the right support throughout your programme.
