Access Partnership seeks an intellectually curious, engineering graduate who wants the ability to influence the direction of the technology sector in the face of ongoing technology disruption.  The selected candidate will have a strong interest in telecoms spectrum and technology management and be responsible for management relationships with and delivering actionable intelligence and analysis to largest ICT companies in the world.

Access Partnership is a global specialist consultancy business, with offices in London, Washington DC, Brussels, Abu Dhabi, Dakar and Singapore. We focus on the Information and Communications Technology sector, working with clients to develop market access and public policy strategies and implementation plans for their ground-breaking products and services portfolios.  Our clients are global sector leaders in their field and include technology and internet companies, wireless network operators, equipment manufacturers, financial institutions, and governments.

This new position requires a candidate with proven quantitative capabilities, excellent communication and analytical skills, and an ability to formulate and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.  Candidates must also be able to travel internationally.

Duties

  • Develop strategic and technical argumentation to support development of client market access briefs.
  • Prepare wireless telecommunications and service strategies and technical analysis and reports.
  • Liaise directly with clients to deliver market access solutions and influence their direction
  • Research and monitor international telecommunications authorisation requirements and regional regulatory and standards developments.
  • Gather commercial and competitive intelligence.
  • Prepare wireless telecommunications and service strategies and technical analysis and reports.

Requirements

Essential

  • Quantitative background
  • Basic understanding of radio spectrum, and its uses by different radio applications
  • A demonstrable interest in the technology industry.
  • Excellent written and oral English language skill.

Desirable

  • An interest and appreciation of international trade, politics, and market trends.
  • Fluency in a second language.
