The Graduate Assistant Advisor Programme and Roles
Our Assistant Adviser Programme is designed to equip you with all the relevant skills, whilst gaining professional qualifications to become a Financial Adviser over approximately an 18 – 24 month period. You will initially spend six months with three supporting teams on a two-month rotation, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our client offering and business.
After the six-month period you will gain hands on experience by working side by side with an established Financial Adviser attending client meetings, providing them with administrative support and building relationships with existing clients. You will receive structured training and have further clear development objectives that you will be expected to meet.
The Graduate programme is designed to increase your confidence and knowledge so ultimately you will be able to meet, win and advise clients on your own in a role as a qualified Financial Advisor.
Are you right for the role/programme?
In order to succeed at being a Financial Adviser in our environment you need to have a proven interest in finance, be driven, have an entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of humour. We put a lot of time and effort into training our assistants and in return we expect dedication and application.
In the first instance, please apply and you will be re-directed to submit your application to Emma Burgh, our Recruitment Partner. Emma will then be in touch with you.
NB: As part of the application process you may be asked to submit a video application and undertake a Verbal and/or Numerical Reasoning test. Further details regarding the Programme will be provided during the process.
