As the Online Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our Graduate Job Board’s print and digital portfolio to new business prospects, and to provide an industry leading customer experience through telephone sales.

What you will be doing:

  • Generating self-sourced leads and targeted on new business calls, and revenue generated
  • Building a quality client base by capturing and documenting key information.
  • Creating innovative ways in which to develop business from individual accounts in line with their recruitment strategy.

What we need from you:

  • Outstanding telephone sales skills including lead generation, objection handling, negotiation, influencing and closing ability
  • A financially targeted driven individual who is used to achieving financial targets consistently.
  • A high performing Individual with proven sales and account management ability.
  • You must be a proactive individual who enjoys working within a highly competitive environment
  • Money motivation and a winning mentality is key to your success.
  • A familiarity with media research systems (NRS/ RGI) is desirable
