The Role:

This is the entry to our graduate leadership development programme, which will put you onto the fast track for opportunities in sales management, marketing and other functions, in the UK and internationally across our range of brands.

In your first role as Field Marketing Executive you can expect to carry out the following responsibilities.

  • Sell customers into the TTI brands at point of purchase.
  • Educate and train store staff to a high level.
  • Conduct hands on demonstrations to store staff and end users.
  • Deliver high impact merchandising.
  • Ensure Point of Sale Implementation.


  • University degree.
  • Full driving license.
  • Second languages a benefit, not essential.
  • Weekend working is contractual, with Monday and Tuesdays as your days off
