A bit about us…

Affiliate Window is the market leader within the affiliate marketing industry. We currently employ 280 people in London, working over two floors right next to the scenic St.Katherines Dock in Tower Hill. Affiliate Window currently have 2,100 Advertisers and 75,000 publishers registered on the network working across 5 specialist sectors, and last year we generated 39.5million sales yielding £3billion in revenue for our clients. This year we won five prestigious awards in the Performance Marketing Awards showing the fantastic recognition that we have in the industry. We put a huge emphasis on looking after our staff as a thank you for the hard work each employee puts in every day. We operate a work hard- play hard culture, afternoon meetings will often involve being engrossed in a table tennis dual with managers or discussing new ideas over a game of pool. Many of our employees get together for a HIIT class down in the gym at lunch time, and for those not quite as healthy, there is nothing to get you through the day like having sweets on tap. We want to see everyone progress and do well at AWin, therefore we run a comprehensive training and development programme where we will map out and plan your career at Affiliate Window together. We will enrol you in external and internal training events as you please so you can get the most out of your role and see a future working with us. When you start a role at AWin, you will be assigned a buddy who will teach you the ropes not only on your role, but how to be a true AWinner, you can sign up then to our mentoring programme where you will have frequent meetings with senior staff who will fill you in with what’s going on in different areas of the company so you can be completely clued up on what is happening in the wider business. Affiliate Window are proud to say that most of our senior management have been with the business for many years and have seen their careers grow successfully with the company. We like to make sure that everyone has great relationships internally, so we frequently put on companywide events where you can mingle with employees from all different departments.
