The role offers an excellent insight into the operations of the UK’s leading affiliate marketing company, giving you the opportunity to assist in the development of many of our blue chip brands, ranging across a variety of sectors.

The successful candidate will provide high quality campaign assistance to Key Accounts team members and their assigned clients. The role is pivotal to the efficient and effective functioning of the team’s work processes.

KEY TASKS

Key responsibilities within this superb role include:

  • Provide support to team members and their assigned clients with day-to-day duties, such as:
  • Daily Account checks
  • Data feed and commission administration
  • Weekly reporting
  • Communication
  • Affiliate recruitment
  • Publisher site audits
  • Programme Analysis
  • Creative management
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails and relay messages from clients and affiliates
  • Provide support for ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks and be able to prioritise these effectively
  • Assist clients with support for ad hoc tasks and queries in an efficient manner
  • Attend industry events when required and network with clients both via email and face to face

Whilst the above is a guide to general expectation of the role, we expect this position to evolve allowing you greater scope to gain both knowledge and experience within the online and affiliate market place.

As a hard-working member of the team, it is anticipated that you will in time use the skills developed in this role to form a solid basis for upward progression within the company.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Be approachable with a strong ‘can do’ attitude and an appetite to learn
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be highly organised and able to manage your time and multiple tasks successfully
  • Have impeccable attention to detail
  • Exude a friendly and professional manner with confidence working with people at all levels and when communicating directly with clients
  • Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Be highly self-motivated with ability to quickly acquire new skills
  • Be flexible and unflappable when responding within tight timeframes
  • Demonstrate strong team ethics to meet and exceed set deadlines and requirements
  • Strive to continually improve productivity and quality of work produced
  • Ability to meet attendance standards and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees, along with working with external suppliers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision once trained
  • Previous experience in administrative/campaign management role
  • Good standard of academic achievement (A-Level or Degree)
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of affiliate marketing
