We offer a starting salary of £18,000 (+£2000 “green allowance” if you live within 1 mile of the office) as well as uncapped commission. Unlike many other recruitment companies, we offer new starters the chance to handle the full 360 recruitment process from the start. This means no probationary months as a “researcher”, you will be in charge of your own business, gaining valuable experience straight away.

Regular trips for top billers (Vegas, Skiing etc.)
Uncapped Commission (first year OTE £35,000)
