Central operations is a creative hub that improves our processes and takes the best ideas from concept through to design and deployment. Under the guidance of a highly-skilled team of programme and project managers, central operations drives change in the business, meaning we’re able to roll out projects that make the way we collect, process, transport and deliver mail even better.

About the programme

Over the course of this two-year programme, you’ll rotate between placements designed to broaden your knowledge of our central operations business areas where you’ll develop your leadership skills. Wherever you’re placed and whatever you’re doing, you’ll be at the forefront of our future business strategy.

What we’re looking for

We don’t mind which subject your degree is in – we’re mainly looking for someone who genuinely loves working with numbers and wants to make an impact. You’ll also need advanced analytical and planning skills in abundance.

This is a programme where initiative and ambition could take you a long way. So if you show us you’re confident, positive and eager to learn, we’ll give you the tools you’ll need to succeed.

You’ll be based in London but, as with all our graduates you may be required to relocate so you’ll need the right to work full time in the UK for the duration of the programme.
