About the programme >
This is a two-year programme where you’ll work directly with experienced former-strategy consultants and in-house experts. Learning from the best on critical strategic projects, you’ll help inform our strategy towards current and new markets (including mergers and acquisitions), build insights on existing markets to explore opportunities and support our internal strategies to business areas such as HR and operations. Structured analysis, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management and project management are core skills that you’ll develop. In addition to on-the-job-training, you’ll carry out week-long placements across the business to strengthen your knowledge and be actively encouraged to pursue relevant formal qualifications.
What we’re looking for >
Ideally you’ll have a business-related, mathematics or engineering degree. But as long as you have a 2:1 and the drive to bring your ideas to fruition, we’re equally as interested in your ability to identify critical issues and how to resolve them. As a natural leader, you’re also willing to take the initiative and be a great team player. What’s more, you are enthusiastic, Excel and PowerPoint proficient, with superb written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills – particularly when it comes to making a persuasive business case.
