Hopes. Dreams. Aspirations. We all have them. And chances are yours aren’t a carbon copy of everyone else’s. That’s why, at Capgemini, we give you options – and the freedom to achieve your ambitions your way.

When you join us on our two-year Management Consulting Graduate Programme, for instance, you’ll be able to build a varied and stimulating career that could potentially see you working across a wide range of sectors, and creating and delivering leading-edge solutions to meet every kind of client need.

We currently employ 4,000 consultants globally, and as part of this team of fierce intellects, passionate opinions and open minds, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop the consulting skills you need. You’ll also have access to a comprehensive blend of courses and formal qualifications, including a two-week induction and three-day residential Consulting Skills courses, usually based out of our Capgemini University in Paris.

There are three different entry routes for you to choose from.

Core Management Consulting

Here you will gain exposure to fascinating sectors and move through unchartered territory, exploring new areas and new projects every day. Over the two-year programme, you will secure three professional qualifications: Prince 2 Foundation Level; Financial Management for Business CIMA qualification; and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Analytics Consulting Academy

Got a head for analytics? Use it to help us tackle business-critical challenges, transforming clients’ businesses for the better. Training here covers a wide range of disciplines including data science, visualisation, modelling and business case development, in addition to the business accreditations available through the core management consulting programme.

Financial Services Consulting Academy

If you’re looking to flourish in a career in Financial Services, this is the place for you. Learn the tools and skills you need to be the person you want to be, taking on client-facing projects and gaining exposure to the hottest financial issues while also studying towards the prestigious Professional Bankers Certificate.

Whichever route you chose, you will need a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent, and A Levels are not essential. For the Analytics Consulting Academy, we specify a degree with an analytical basis; visit our website for more information.

On top of that, you’ll need to be passionate about technology, capable of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and ready to challenge and be challenged. A flexible approach is also important, especially when it comes to location, as the nature of our work means you could be based on client sites anywhere in the country and may have to travel abroad.

In return, all our graduates enjoy accelerated career progression and an environment that encourages entrepreneurial spirit, not to mention a flexible benefits package you can tailor to suit you. But perhaps the most rewarding thing we offer is the opportunity to grow. We may be one of the world’s top consulting, technology and outsourcing organisations, with more than 180,000 people in over 40 countries. But we still have big ambitions – and we’ll rely on you to help us achieve them. So expect the training, support and challenge you need to capitalise on what makes you special – and to confidently pursue the career path that most inspires you.

As a fast-paced company, we constantly have new openings for graduate talent. So it’s always worth checking out our website to see what’s on offer, hear more from our current graduates and find out how to apply.

Join us and be the you, you want to be.
