Are you a natural communicator who is interested in technology? Are you also an excellent writer and/or organiser? Do you want to work in a fun and challenging environment where you can constantly learn new skills? Then the chances are you’ll thrive in a career in PR!

Public Relations consultants manage their clients’ reputation, as well as their relationships with their key audiences. They do this in a huge variety of ways.

As a Public Relations Consultant you’ll communicate with the public on your clients’ behalf through the traditional media, bloggers, social media, directly at tradeshows, and more. One moment you’ll find yourself brainstorming the next big campaign and inputting creative ideas; the next you’ll find yourself writing articles or press releases, speaking to the media to arrange interviews, or managing their social presence.

Wildfire, located in a picturesque riverfront office in Southwest London, is an award-winning technology public relations company. Wildfire works with some real tech heavy-hitters in everything from electronics to IT, consumer tech to energy and software. We focus on offering our staff a good work-life balance, a friendly atmosphere, and the ability to quickly skill-up.

We’re looking for a talented graduate to join our team as an PR Account Executive: We’d like to see someone who can exhibit the skills listed above, combined with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, who is motivated and ambitious, and who has an interest in marketing communications and PR.

Blogging experience would be advantageous (though not crucial), as would any experience in SEO, website development or design.

As far as your degree goes, technically there’s no such thing as a ‘wrong’ background for PR: Wildfire employees have all kinds of degrees, including English, History, PR, Engineering, and others… Everyone brings something different. The key thing is that you exhibit the qualities listed above, and have enthusiasm for the role.

For more information see Wildfire’s graduate recruitment brochure here.

We look forward to meeting you!
