RBS International (RBSI) – Relationship Management
Our Relationship Management programme will put you at the heart of our customer facing businesses, with rotations in our three franchises: Personal and Business Banking, Private Banking and Corporate and Markets.
Technology is instrumental in meeting our customers’ needs. We work closely with all parts of the bank to understand customer and business partner priorities and deliver high-level solution designs. We also design, build, implement, maintain and support secure global technology platforms. We continuously monitor these to minimise reputational and operational risk for our customers and the bank.
What you can expect
In this rotational programme based in Jersey, you will gain exposure across a range of fast paced projects and work streams which will have a direct impact on our customers. You’ll be working across various areas of RBS International, with talented people who will help you gain the relevant knowledge. In addition we will give you access to senior mentors enabling you to develop a broad, transferrable skill set.
You will undertake a number of rotations with a wide breadth of exposure across the bank. Once you have finished your rotations, you will move into your permanent team and role.
What we are looking for
We look for more than just a good honours degree - we look for motivation, because we know if you’re passionate about your work and serving our customers, you’ll be better placed to succeed. We need you to be confident and analytical with an eye for spotting opportunities to make things better and always motivating yourself and others to be the best that they can be.
We welcome applications from all degree backgrounds. However we do ask all graduates to have a minimum 2:1. You don’t need any specific UCAS points or experience.
