Finance isn’t just working on the financial aspects of the most exciting projects in defence, aerospace and engineering. You’ll also be working closely with and learning from the most accomplished professionals in their fields.
Consultancy interns focus on equipping the client with a basic, working, technical understanding of our capabilities and markets.
Technical Delivery interns undertake a mix of technical challenges, business problem solving and client liaison. This happens in a range of areas from Software Engineering to Cyber Security Technical Analysis.

- Starting salary of £16,800 p/a pro rata
- 6.5 days’ holiday over the 12 weeks

To join our Summer Internship scheme, you must be on course for at least a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree, this can be in any subject if you’re applying for business or finance opportunities. Your degree must be in an engineering, technical, numerical or scientific subject for our consultancy, engineering or technical delivery placements. For our finance placements, you also need 280 UCAS points (or equivalent).
Our selection process works on a first-come, first-served basis.
We ask all candidates to complete the same online application to ensure our selection process is fair and consistent.
Your online application will then go through a variety of selection methods, either online or face-to-face, and is likely to conclude with an interview.
