Begin your career in our Account Development Executive team, a vibrant and exciting division who build strong relationships with their customers and promote a positive image of our brands.

Working closely with major multiple retailers and wholesalers, our Account Development Executives are results focused, ambitious and fun to work with. They are responsible for managing and developing each account by building positive relationships with key stakeholders (General Managers, Purchasing Managers and business owners for example), promoting Pernod’s brands through brand activations and merchandising, as well as reviewing sales figures.

Our Account Development Executives typically visit 6-7 customers per day, seeking to maximise the impact of each brand on their respective markets. We work in a cool, fun and trendy industry, where we have the opportunity to be creative and offer exciting, interactive in-store experiences for our customers and consumers. Exceptional training and on-going support will help you build on your knowledge of the industry, progress your commercial expertise and develop your understanding of building good relationships. Regular support visits and reviews with your management team will help you to continuously improve your performance and your salary. Within 12 to 18 months you will be ready to take the next step into a more advanced commercial role, where your focus will move to promoting Pernod’s brands in the bar and restaurant trade.

From team meetings at distilleries to our head office cocktail bar, we immerse our Commercial Trainees in the industry and provide fun, social learning environments for you to work in.

Premium talent for premium brands

• You will have: a mix of strong communication and interpersonal skills, a dynamic and positive “can-do” attitude, pragmatism, excellent negotiating and influencing abilities, aptitude for planning, flair for figures, integrity and ethics… and your personal touch!

• You’ll be a high calibre graduate with a minimum of 300 UCAS points over three subjects at 'A' Level, and a 2:1 degree.

• Due to the nature of the scheme you will require a full UK driving license and flexibility to travel within your territory. A willingness to travel, and possibly relocate, is essential for this role.

• You will have a passion for our brands and the wider drinks industry.
