The Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC) were you will be based is a busy head office with 220 finance colleagues. Our UK business includes 100 offices and over 2,200 consultants.

To give you an example of the scale of our operations, in the FSSC, we invoice over 9,000 clients each 4 week period and the temp payroll department processes and pays the 26,000 timesheets submitted by temporary workers every week.

What you will do

Over the 3 years you will develop a sound knowledge of accounting practices whilst building your experience and gaining your ACA qualification.

The graduate scheme is extremely varied as over the 3 year scheme, whilst focusing on finance, you will have multiple rotations across the business in areas such as:

  • Financial Accounts
  • Management Accounts
  • Internal Audit
  • Group Finance
  • Investor Relations
  • Payroll
  • Credit Control
  • Billing
  • Process Improvement

About you

We are looking for a motivated, talented graduate of 2016/17 with strong analytical and numerical skills including A level Math’s (Grade B or above), educated to degree level with a minimum 2.1 degree (a financial background would be advantageous but this is not essential).

You must be articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ambitious and driven, and possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. No experience necessary as full training and development will be provided.
