What you’ll be doing
What do you’ll do day to day depends on the area you join. But whatever your focus, you’ll be helping to solve some of the most challenging issues our clients face, be it transforming business HR systems and organisational structures, advising on programme leadership or managing the implications of global mobility and reward.
Human Capital Consulting
Using research, analytics, and industry insights you’ll help design and execute vital ‘people’ strategies for our clients. This covers everything from business-driven HR to innovative talent, leadership and change programmes.
Global Employer Services
Sitting as part of the Tax team advising on mobility and reward. You’ll help employers of all shapes and sizes to effectively move their people around the globe and plan the right pay and benefits for their staff.
