Graduates on our Marketing, Customer Experience and Communications programme will benefit from exposure to a broad range of disciplines that work together focussing on product design, on- and offline communications and customer journeys.
Everything we do is designed to meet our Members’ needs, and it’s important to communicate the value of our work to the right people in the right way as well as listening to the valuable feedback our members provide us with. During the two year programme, you'll spend time in the Society’s Product, Marketing and Strategy, Customer Experience and Corporate Communications functions. You’ll be working closely with the rest of the Society to, amongst others:
- Create compelling on and offline communications
- Constantly improve our customer experience through all channels
- Create innovative new product designs and propositions
- Further improve the way we communicate with our staff and communities in which we operate
How will you develop?
By creating a programme that offers the chance to learn from some of the most experienced people in the industry, with continuous feedback and mentoring, we feel we can really help you develop and grow your career. You’ll also have the opportunity to enhance your core knowledge and skills in areas such as stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation delivery. The experiences and exposure you get will be varied, giving you the chance to use your own initiative but also work closely with others on numerous group projects.
What we’re looking for
In essence joining the Coventry Building Society’s graduate scheme will give you an outstanding introduction to the Financial Services industry with a business that exists to serve the interests of its members. We choose our staff every bit as carefully as we choose the services we offer our members and so look for people who share our values and our way of working. We are looking for individuals who have recently graduated, have a passion for Financial Services and who have achieved (or are expecting to achieve) a 2:1 or above in any degree subject or a Merit or above in a Masters qualification.
