Over 2 years our Graduate Supply Chain Management programme prioritises your development to ensure you are given the opportunities and experiences to build up the skills and knowledge to tackle the wide variety of work that comes through our doors.
And there are some big challenges - you never know what you will be working on from one project to the next. No day is ever the same and the learning curve is steep.
What you’ll do:
You will hit the ground running and be involved in projects from day one. This means that you gain valuable hands on experience from the very start of your time with Sequoia. What you do will depend on business needs, but you could be at a client for a project mobilisation meeting or getting briefed on analysing some client data to identify issues with their replenishment process.
You will be mainly based in our Buckinghamshire offices but as our clients are based globally you will be required to travel as necessary.
Throughout the program you have the guidance and support not only of your line-manager and mentor, but the whole Sequoia team. This ensures that no matter how large the challenge, you can meet it.
Who we need:
You will have an excellent degree in a numerate subject; where analytical, statistical or numerical skills have been highly developed; an innovative approach to problem solving and the ability to be a self-motivated learner. You will have excellent written English, supported with first class communication and interpersonal skills.
You will need to be a self-starter who has an entrepreneurial streak. You will need to be able to prioritise in a fast paced environment and multi task as needed. You will need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – experience in SQL would be a beneficial but is not essential – so a willingness to learn new skills and apply them is a must.

We are a niche Supply Chain consultancy working for global companies including Pepsi, GSK, Britvic, Pernod Ricard and Tesco to name a few. We were established over 20 years ago and our main focus has always been on the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Our work ranges from advising clients on major restructuring programmes through to process optimisation, embedding Supply Chain tools and building the capability of Supply Chain professionals with our unique training courses.
We have some exciting projects coming up in 2017, which means we are looking to add some new faces to our business and help us deliver for our clients. We are growing and as such, it is a very exciting time to join us.
