By joining our 2-year Graduate Training Programme in Commercial Analytics you will receive structured, formal training and world-class on the job training working across the full breadth of our business. You will complete four 6-month placements across our Product, Pricing, Marketing, IT and Web development teams. You will complete the Programme with a deep understanding of how a global e-commerce business operates and what drives business success.
In each placement you will be given the responsibility to deliver insights and implement ideas that will have a real impact on our business. You will be involved in strategic projects that are key to the future success of our business. You will be supported by a network of mentors and senior advisors to develop your skills throughout the programme.

- 2:1 or above at degree level
- A Level Mathematics
