We’re looking for exceptional graduates, real game changers, to join our Commercial Graduate Scheme.

The Scheme

2.5 years. 3 roles. The Commercial Graduate Development Scheme is designed to give you a sample of both Sales and Marketing, leaving you with the broad skill set you need to fast-track your Commercial career at RB. Specifically, rotations can expose you to the following areas:

Field Sales; As part of your first rotation, you’ll be assigned a territory and form external customer relationships through regular store visits.

National Accounts; Here you’ll have full accountability for developing the strategic plan for your account to not only hit but exceed net revenue, gross margin and net working capital targets for your account portfolio.

Marketing; You’ll be responsible for delivering key marketing activities and financial growth objectives for your assigned brands or brand segment.

Successful candidates will:      

  • Have obtained a 2:1 degree (or above) in any discipline
  • Be domestically mobile within the UK whilst on the scheme
  • Be international/globally mobile at the conclusion of the scheme
  • Have the legal right to work in the EU
  • Have valid EU Driving License
  • Be able to start full time employment in September 2017
