About the role
With a passion for people management, you’ll get right under the skin of what makes our business really tick with a series of three to six month rotations covering a full range of operations including Station Management, Train Planning and Control Centre. These will be followed by relevant project management placements and an external placement with Network Rail. You will also be allocated a mentor from our Senior management team who will be there to offer support and guidance on your career development with c2c. We offer a competitive salary, discounted National Rail travel, 25 days holiday plus 8 days Bank Holiday, final salary pension and there is also a discretionary performance related bonus scheme
To be considered, you’ll need to have achieved at least a 2:1 degree or be on track to achieve. Your energy, intellect and ambition will show you have the makings of a senior manager.
