Energy Installation Services
Installation Services offer customers a range of energy efficiency measures to improve their homes and lifestyles.
What you’ll do
You’ll come in with a fresh pair of eyes to make suggestions and implement the roll-out of improvements ensuring minimal impact on operational delivery. You’ll be responsible for:
- Improving the customer experience
- Promoting and leading collaborative relationships with partners that deliver new and innovative ways of delivering customer service
- Reviewing all processes and identifying where improvements can be made
What we’re looking for
You’ll have a natural passion for customer service and a willingness to provide a market leading service. You’ll have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the capability to interpret data and present MI in a logical and coherent way. Your interpersonal and presentation skills will also be strong, so you must have a demonstrable ability to take an assertive yet diplomatic approach with colleagues, senior managers and other stakeholders. You’ll have the ability to interpret and present management information. Having the flexibility to travel to other UK sites/locations is also important.
The desirable skills or experience we look for: an interest in energy efficiency is useful along with awareness of CWI/LI/EWI and heating.
