This new business function was created to help generate more value for new and existing business customers.
What you’ll do
- Analysis of customer data, systems and processes to understand the impact of in-life propositions
- Make recommendations on proposition changes to deliver the improvements
- Support the implementation of proposition changes including process, systems, marketing and training
- Present information and recommendations in a manageable format to support business decisions
What we’re looking for
You’ll be someone who has excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and information and then be able to present it in clear and logical format.
In addition to that, you’ll have an ability to work with data to recognise trends and build forecasts. You’ll be good at building relationships, with the ability to influence and work effectively across a variety of areas. It’s also important that you’re proficient in Microsoft Excel.
A valid driving licence is a plus, as it will be useful for when you’re travelling between sites.
