The Customer Relationship Consultancy is a specialist consultancy that works with companies and organisations within the B2B marketplace to help them better manage their key customers and key customer relationships. We help companies become, and stay, customer-centric.
We work with large multi-national manufacturers and brand owners, providing a simple feedback programme that gives companies a regular temperature check on the state of their customer relationships, helps them identify emerging problem areas and allows them to raise the bar of customer management across the organisation.

We are looking for someone who is intelligent, reliable, and personable to join our team. The successful candidate will help manage our programme of customer feedback surveys.
The Account Management role is central to everything we do. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing the delivery of our customer feedback programmes across your own accounts.
The role will be suited to a self-starter, prepared to take the initiative, assume responsibility, and someone who enjoys working for a small business rather than a large organisation.
Key skills needed to succeed in this role are:

- good interpersonal skills
The role also requires regular customer contact and therefore the candidate will need strong written and verbal communication skills. It is also essential to have a high degree of computer literacy, especially on Excel, and be competent at data management.
Although the focus of the role is primarily internal, and to support the Consultants, over time you will take on an increasingly active role in the day to day management of our clients, who are some of the biggest and most successful global companies.
