All you have to be is astute, savvy, head-and-shoulders above the crowd, and our world is your oyster.

Join our two-year development programme where you’ll work across all business functions, from finance to fleet, catering to cleaning. You’ll start in March 2017 on £20,000, be mentored throughout, study for a Level 3 ILM qualification and afterwards there will be a permanent position available for you, based on your preferences and feedback from your rotations.

Servest Group is an expert in facilities management, creating environments which enable people to deliver exceptional experiences to help organisations to be more efficient, effective and sustainable.

We are looking for the next generation of talented future leaders to join our business and learn about Servest from the inside out. This grounding year will set you in good stead to then move out into Operations, in year two.

Working across our various divisions you could find yourself working on-site in various locations, the length and breadth of the country. You’ll experience the diversity of our organisation; getting to grips with frontline roles, working alongside colleagues in industrial settings within our Building Services and Security divisions, clients’ bustling retail premises in Catering and Retail & Distribution; you’ll get insights into the fast paced world of our corporate clients.
