Your new company
As a Technical Apprentice, you will be providing 1st Line Support for one of the market leading IT and Telco companies. Your new company provides high-end and professional tailored IT and Telco Solutions for their clients on a global scale specialising in Cisco! You will be exposed to cutting-edge technology.
Your new role
You will be working alongside highly trained senior engineers to assist them with client's needs. The Senior Engineers will be key to your skill development in supporting clients. As a Technical Apprentice you will be working in a fast-paced, highly energised and exciting environment, where you have a passion for Cisco technology. You will be responsible for (for the first 6 months) ticket management, engaging with clients and system maintenance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in an IT Support role previously. You will also need to have excellent customer service and client service skills with the hunger and drive to obtain knowledge and progress your career! Working towards your CCNA and ITILv3 is desirable!.

You will be also put through industry recognised courses and if you have a particular desire (and if it benefits the business) your new company will pay for your specialist tech certifications.
