Following prestigious investment, FRG are expanding rapidly and shortlisting for ambitious and motivated German speaking Graduates / Sales Professionals to join one of our lucrative Dach teams as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the bright lights of the UK capital ... No prior exposure to IT services is required as our exclusive 1 month training programme is tailored to the specialised market you'll be assigned. From there you'll be mentored by an established consultant and attend ad hoc guest workshops to assist you all the way to becoming a future business leader and top biller.

The role:
• Grow new and existing client relationships via business development and Account Management
• Sell and negotiate on multiple levels with clients and candidates throughout process
• Advertising vacancies, processing applications and shortlisting candidates
• Manage, organise and control your own recruitment processes from start to finish (360)

What we require:
• Full fluency in written and spoken German / Swiss German (i.e. business fluent C1 level +)
• Bachelor's degree (any subject) and / or some sales experience e.g. B2B, telesales.
• Commitment to a full-time permanent role Monday - Friday based in central London, UK.
• Highly motivated by by financial gains and / or future leadership career progression
• A strong work ethic, dedicated to go the extra mile with the perseverance to succeed
• Confident, professional telephone manner and a willingness to learn new business skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
