We are split into two key business areas:

• Government
• Commercial

With around 1,500 employees, we are the only major consultancy small enough to treat like minded people as individuals.

You'll work across a range of areas, both technology and business focused, allowing you to identify your future chosen specialisation, whether it be technology or business consulting, data analytics, engineering or technical delivery. In the initial stages, however, many of our graduates focus on technology focused projects, before moving into more business areas.

Projects are varied, but could include:

• Business intelligence
• Data Analytics
• Data Forensics
• Fraud and Security

You could be contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle - user requirements gathering, development and testing. You may play a key role in transferring knowledge to the client so they can gain maximum value right away, involving organising and presenting at client workshops. Being flexible and adaptable is vital.

You'll get the opportunity to work across different business areas, either on a secondment or permanent basis.

Requirements

• 2.i (or equivalent) minimum in a numerate degree discipline, with A/B at A-Level (or equivalent);
• Excellent communication and presentational skills;
• Analytical approach and a passion for problem solving;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Demonstrable commercial awareness;
• Ability to work with a wide range of people – both from technical and business backgrounds.

Learning and development

Structured training and development programmes are on offer and you may also have the opportunity to undergo a course in our London based centers of excellent for data analytics (Datalab) or Java development and methodologies (Javalab).

The most important aspect of your support framework is your Career Mentor, who will be assigned to you from day one. His or her role will be to help you manage your career to achieve the specialisation you wish to pursue.

Your performance will be formally reviewed twice a year.
